I am writing to say Thank You! The auto body specialists at Today’s Collision did a fantastic job on repairing my ’05 Mini Cooper S Convertible! I treat my car like it’s an investment, and Today’s did too. I am thankful and grateful!
I also want to give a huge shout out to Matt Everson, and to Carol! Their helpful expertise and guidance throughout the entire process made my nerves relax. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for their wonderful customer service. The manner in which they helped me reminded me of how things used to be long ago, service you just don’t see these days. In dealing with the insurance carrier who was paying for fixing my car, Matt was the ace up my sleeve as the go-between. I brought my car into your company in May 2010 for some minor repair work. I was totally impressed with the friendliness and professional of the staff. I was greeted by Carol, who was more than friendly and courteous. I'm not sure who was the person that did the estimate of my car. He was very professional and personable. I was even given priority treatment and received my car back within the week.
When I picked up my car I was greeted by Matt. He took us out to the car went over everything that was done. He was super nice. My car looked like it was never damaged. I was amazed at how great it looked. Talk about fantastic customer service. I was also impressed that my car was fluffed and buffed. It’s so nice to be treated with courtesy. Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to use your services twice over the past several years and most recently with my 09 BMW. I recently used Today's Collision Repair Center in Malden, MA for repairs due to a comprehensive claim. Their service was among the best I've seen in an Auto Body Shop (or any dealer, for that matter). From the front desk, to the mechanics - they were high class and high quality. Hello,
I would like to commend you and your entire shop for outstanding service. My name is Ryan and I recently had my Acura CL in your shop. Matt Everson handled my claim and I couldn't have been more pleased with the way I was treated. Once Matt gave me the estimate he stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process letting me know what was going on with the repairs and anything else I might need to know.
He was very helpful in answering any questions that I had about the repairs or the cost. Even when it looked like the job would cost more than the projected estimate Matt was calling me up walking me through the process making sure that I was ok with everything. Not once did I feel pushed around or taken advantage of. The quality of work that was done was exceptional and I could not tell at all that my car was ever in any accident. The only thing I noticed was that my car looked cleaner than when I brought it in for repairs. The total cost of repairs was dead on with Matt's estimate and I know that is not the easiest thing to do with body work.
Hopefully I do not have another accident but if I do I know where I will be taking my car and recommending to my friends to take theirs. Thanks again for a job done right the first time.

I have been so impressed and happy with my experience at your shop. From the first phone call, to pick up, I was treated with professional care, above and way beyond what I expected. Matt and the front desk staff answered my many questions and concerns and made the whole experience easy. I even got a ride to the airport when I dropped off my car!
Today's Collision was recommended to me by the Mini Cooper dealership in North Peabody. At first, I was reluctant to drive all the way to Malden from Beverly to have the work done, but once I got there, the service made it all worthwhile. You probably understand that, as many Mini Cooper owners do, I consider my car to be part of my family. I was delighted to find my Indie Blue Cooper looking like new, with brand new white stripes gracing her hood, and all new authentic Mini parts beneath. Matt took the time to show me all the work that had been done, what had been replaced, and why. Today's handled all the negotiations with the insurance company, including supplemental claims, and kept me informed. AND they cleaned my Mini inside and out!! That was a bonus!!

My experience at Today's Collision was positive. I was greeted by Carol, who I spoke to earlier. She was compassionate and helpful. My car was evaluated, I believe, by Jim Iannuzzi, at that time he told me an accurate assessment could not be made without breaking down the parts. I returned on Mon. and Carol had arranged for a rental to be waiting for me.
The complete appraisal was e-mailed to me on Tuesday, parts were ordered and the work was underway. Thursday afternoon I was contacted by phone and e-mail by Matt Everson and informed my car would be ready to be picked up on Friday. The process from beginning to end took one week, this is almost unheard of. I am stunned and pleasantly surprised.
This entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, and with customer service in mind. Every person involved helped to make a very unpleasant situation actually pleasant. Thanks to all involved, and continue the good work.

I recently had some repair work done by your company to my vehicle after it was involved in a collision. I initially thought that was going to be an aggravating process involving excessive paper work, haggling over repair costs, and dealing with hassle of renting a replacement vehicle. Fortunately, because of the efforts of your staff, I could not have been more wrong.
From the moment I stepped into your door, I was treated in a friendly and efficient manner by extremely courteous professionals. The people there were very helpful when I first arrived to make an appointment it was very easy. While having to go to a repair shop to have your car fixed is never looked forward to, Today's makes it a painless experience. I've unfortunately had to visit three times now, and I would not bring my car to any other shop. I recommend you to my friends and coworkers. The work is top notch, the personnel are friendly, and they have always been willing to work with my needs. Every time the damage to my car has been made nearly invisible, and the attention to details, such as the cleaning and waxing, sets Today's far above any other shop I've ever dealt with.

Bobby, I didn't want a second week to go by without writing to you to commend you on your team's service. As I mentioned the day I picked up my car, Matt Everson was terrific. He aggressively sought my business and conscientiously followed-up with me all along the way, making sure my questions were answered and that he and I both had a clear understanding of the timetable for, and scope of, the repairs to my car. I even have a voicemail from Matt from earlier this week that I have yet to return inquiring to be sure I am satisfied with the car.
I also was delighted to meet and work with Tony. In my experience, it is unusual to see a mechanic take 30 minutes out of his day to be sure that a customer is satisfied with the repair of his car. Tony was wonderfully pleasant to work with - thoughtfully and earnestly listening to and answering my questions. It's clear to me that Tony is a craftsman who takes considerable pride in his work and that pride inures to your customers' benefit.
Finally, I assume that these two terrific people didn't end up at your company by accident, rather they reflect the tone that you have set at your company -a tone that was amply demonstrated when you stopped me in the hall the day I picked up the car at your shop and asked how it was going. I was truly impressed. I thought the whole experience was first rate and will not hesitate to recommend Today's Collision to others.

I recently had my car repaired by Today’s Collision in Malden and wanted to give you some feedback on the service I received and experienced while they had my car.
Their customer service was great. From checking in to keeping me informed while the repairs were being done to my car to the very end when I picked my car up. Matt Everson took the time to explain the repairs that were done on my car and why. An added bonus was how clean my car was when I picked it up. They took the time to wash and buff my car. My rugs were shampooed as well. I felt like I had a brand new car.
While inspecting the repairs, it appears they did an amazing job. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to and have already recommended them to family and friends.

As you probably know, we did not start out at Today's Collision, and had the truck emergently transferred there. Please forward this to your wonderful staff. I was rear ended while stopping at a light right before flying out-of-state to attend to a family emergency. Matt was fabulous and arranged a pickup on my return even though a snow storm was coming. Over the next four weeks, the family emergency progressed, and I had to remain out-of-state. I didn't answer any of Matt’s calls and he worked out everything with the insurance company. The car was probably ready for two weeks. Matt was great and delivered the car to my husband who came back earlier than me. Matt took care of everything and made it easy for my husband. The car looks great – drives better than new. You can tell your staff is made up of real professionals who take pride in their work. I will recommend you to everyone. The paint is a type of triple flake that I know is very hard to match. You had no problem making it factory new.
