Journey Forward Announces 4th Annual Celebrity Casino Night

Journey Forward, a local non-profit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of those with spinal cord injuries, has announced its 4th Annual Celebrity Casino Night with Bowling.  The event will be held at Kings Dedham on Tuesday, March 27th from 6:00pm – 11:00pm.  Click for more information.

The Second Annual “Making Steps Walk” for Journey Forward took place on Saturday, October 15, 2011.

Journey Forward is a non-profit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of those who have suffered a Spinal Cord Injury through an intense exercise program. Journey Forward is an exercise based program designed to assist those with Spinal Cord Injuries so they too can achieve some of these most basic lifelong functions and benefits.

Today’s Collision sponsored the Celebrity Longest Drive Contest at the Ray Bourque Golf Event to benefit the Celebrities for Charity Foundation. The event took place on June 23, 2011.

Notable guests included Brian Leetch, Cleon Daskalakis, Milan Lucic, Ray Bourque, Jay Miller, Reggie Lemelin, Mike Eruzione, Chris Bourque, Ryan Bourque and Bob Sweeny. The Celebrity Longest Drive Winner, Chris Bourque, with a winning drive of 300 yards.

Today’s Collision sponsored the Jason Varitek Celebrity Putt Putt Event to benefit local children’s organizations. The event took place on September 14, 2009. This unique celebrity putting tournament is played at an 18-hole custom built putt-putt course. Each hole on the course is custom built for this specific event and is hosted by a Boston celebrity or Red Sox player. This event benefits local children’s organizations.

Today’s Collision sponsored the New England Sand Sculpting Festival to benefit the Revere Beach Partnership. The event took place on July 16-19, 2009. Held annually on Revere Beach in Revere, MA , the New England Sand Sculpting Festival (NESSF) is a master sand sculpting competition featuring sculptors from all over the world and attended by over 250,000 people during the week long festival. This event benefits the Revere Beach Partnership.

Today’s Collision sponsors the Kevin Faulk Celebrity Softball Event

Today’s Collision sponsored the Kevin Faulk Celebrity Softball Event, to benefit the United Way. The event took place on May 16, 2009. With the help of his Patriots teammates, Kevin Faulk hosts Kevin Faulk Celebrity Softball at Campanelli Stadium, home of the Brockton Rox in Brockton, MA. The event was held to benefit the United Way of Mass Bay and is attended by over 2,500 fans. Spectators enjoyed a full celebrity softball game complete with fan/player interaction between innings, autograph signings and a jersey auction after the game.

Notable guests included New England Patriots Kevin Faulk “33”, Laurence Maroney “39,” Tedy Bruschi “54” and Stephen Gostkowski “3”.

During the event, Today’s Collision founders Bobby Cobb and Kevin Kyes were interviewed by NESN for the Celebrity Spotlight Series.
