After an endorsement from BMW Peabody, MA, I decided to check out Today’s Collision to repair my 2006 BMW325XI. The entire experience was top notch! From the moment one enters the reception area, which is spotless and more like a doctor’s waiting room than your typical repair shop, to meeting the staff who are very friendly and professional, one immediately gets the impression that these folks can be trusted to take great care of your vehicle. I’m very fussy about my cars and Bobby Cobb paid exceptional attention to execute all my special requests, and delivered an outstanding job on schedule. Because of the mint condition of the car, he even convinced my insurance company to approve a new BMW OEM bumper instead of a lower quality aftermarket product (after a certain age or mileage, insurance companies are not obliged to pay for more costly OEM parts). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these folks and I’d have absolutely no reservations in using them again or recommending them to friends. RF

I had to get some work done after an accident and didn’t know who to go to or who to trust. A friend recommended Today’s and said she had a great experience with them. I called the shop and spoke with Carol, who was extremely helpful and gave me the step-by-step of what was going to happen. When I arrived at the shop everyone was in line waiting for me. They even had a car rental ready to go. They explained everything that they were going to do and were friendly. Their service people went above what I have ever experienced with any other vehicle repair shop, even the one where I bought my car.

Ever get nervous dropping your car off at a dirty shop, and the guy taking you keys is a slob! those days are over, when you deal with Today’s collision. you will deal with the same customer service rep who will handle all the insurance issues, rental car on site and keep you up to date throughout the process. all this in a spotless shop where you will feel like you’re in a new car dealership.

I recently took my 2010 Corolla into Today’s Collision to get some front-end damage repaired. From the start, they were incredibly helpful and courteous, and treated me honestly and respectfully. They handled all of the details for me (paperwork, rental car, etc.), and made sure I knew what their time-frame was. What I was most impressed with is that even though Today’s services many high-end luxury and sports cars, they didn’t treat my little Corolla as though it were any less valuable. They even gave it a thorough inside-and-out cleaning and polishing, and returned it to me looking better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend the services of Today’s Collision Repair.

Today came strongly recommended to me by BMW Peabody. My initial conversation was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Carol worked with me and my insurance agent so that all I had to do was show up on site with my car. Bobby and his team completed the work and the car looks like it is new. The interactions were enjoyable and at no time did I feel as though I was being mislead. I am happy to have found an auto body that I can feel comfortable working with, and I give Today my strongest recommendation.

Had two vehicles worked on here after they were both rear ended. Service was excellent, fast and friendly from the very start right until both vehicles were picked up. The work is done to perfection and extra touch up was even done. Both vehicles came out looking awesome with the detail and even the tar and road kick ups were removed in the detail. Will definitely return in the future and refer their work/business.

Our dealership, BMW of Peabody, recommended them (TODAY’S) when we were rear-ended in our BMW X3 in Vermont and we could not have been happier with their service and work! They towed our car back all the way from Vermont, set us up with a discounted SUV from a nearby Enterprise (only $36 per day!), and billed everything to our insurance company so we didn’t need to pay anything out of pocket or submit anything for reimbursement–no hassle. The entire place, including the shop, was spotless, the quality of the work was perfect, and the people there could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more pleasant. It was like nothing happened to our car and they even gave it a full detail before giving it back.
Being in an accident stinks, but working with Today’s made the experience almost seem too easy: I’ve been in accidents in the past and had to deal with rude, obnoxious employees, shops where you needed to take a shower after just going into the office (not to mention the shop), got my car back full of dirt and dust, and had to go back several times to have them fix mistakes (which, of course, was met with lots of attitude…). I was surprised and pleased when I didn’t have to deal with any of this stuff working with Today’s. The repairs they did for damage caused by the accident was high quality if not perfect. My ’97 Toyota Sequoia had rear bumper and driver’s side door damage. Bobby and Carol could not have been more friendly, accommodating or more customer-focused. They made the process easy – working with my insurance company as well as getting the rental car arranged. Their offices are professional and I was in and out quickly for drop-off.
Pick-up was a breeze as well and as soon as I turned in to the parking lot I saw my Sequoia looking like it was brand-new. The work they did was amazing! They cleaned up some other little chips and dings I had and detailed the truck from bumper to bumper – both inside and out! It seriously looks brand new.
Thank you so much for the great work that you did. I will recommend you to everyone and anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle!

As a BMW owner, I am very picky about my car. Okay, I can be a major pain in the rear about my car. I met Bobby at a BMW owner get together explaining all the services offered by local dealers. After finding out that he is BMW of Peabody go to guy for auto body work, I became one of his biggest fan. All my auto body work is done by him, Today’s Collision is simply the best.

A recent accident left me looking for a reputable body shop for the repairs to my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. After reading the reviews on Dealerrater for Today’s Collision I decided to go with them. After having the repair work done I can only say I was definitely not disappointed. The Malden location was convenient and modern. The price for the work I had done was on par with the quality of the work performed. And just as some of the reviews I had read stated, the car came back to me with a fantastic interior & exterior detail job. Matt was extremely polite and easy to deal with.

Our brand new 2011 BMW X3 had a couple big scratches in the back and our dealership BMW in Peabody recommended to use Today’s Collision Center in Malden, MA for repair.
We came to pickup our car last week and we are very, very pleased with the work from Today’s Collision Repair Centers. They did a very good job to repair them. They even washed our car and clean inside of the car. The car was delivered on time.
Mike is very helpful and professional. He knows exactly what needs to be done. We definitely recommend Today’s Collision Center for all auto body needs, especially BMW Mercedes or luxury cars.

I never take time to write surveys but after the amazing service I received at Today’s Collision in Malden, MA, I feel compelled to write about my experience.
I was involved in an accident and my insurance company gave me a long list of “recommended” Auto Body places to get my car fixed. I simply picked Today’s Collision because it was the closest location to my home.
When I arrived at Today’s Collision I was impressed. I was expecting a small, grease-stained garage with a small waiting room. The building is big, new and clean. The reception area is large and comfortable. There was a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting and it was tastefully decorated. There were many clean-cut, professional employees working there and I was greeted and helped immediately. Behind the counter I saw about 20 hanging file holders. They pulled my file which contained all the information they needed, there was a rental waiting for me and I was on my way in no time. No hassle…. no fuss. Today’s Collision called me daily with an update and they had me back in my car in no time. Not only was my car fixed to perfection but it was detailed!!!
I was recently involved in another accident and I knew exactly where I was going to get my car fixed. My second experience was just as pleasant as the first one. Today’s Collision is a reputable and professional service provider. They’re top notch and they deserve recognition for their quality, service and professionalism.

I was super impressed with the folks at Today’s Collision Repair. The shop was clean and professional looking, the staff very knowledgeable and courteous, and the work looks fantastic. They repaired a dent and scratch on the side of my Audi Q5 and you can’t even tell that the damage was ever there. The icing on the cake was that they cleaned my car inside and out and it looked brand new!! Almost made getting into a fender bender worth it!

I worked with Today’s through BMW of Peabody and it was a wonderful experience. Mike met me at the dealer, arranged my rental and took care of all the details. When the car was done, he brought the car to me and returned the rental for me – UNREAL! Polite and helpful all the way. Appreciated even more after an accident that wasn’t even my fault. After my accident I called Todays Collison in Malden. They set an appointment for me to drop of my car and asked if I would be needing a rent-a-car. When I arrived to drop of the car, the rent a car was there waiting for me. They went over everything with me, including the paper work and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. They kept me informed all the way through the process. When I picked up my car, I was extremely happy with the job they did. My 6 year old car looked brand new.
The repair was flawless and they also detailed it for me at no extra charge. My experience with Todays Collision was wonderful. They took care of everything for me, did an outstanding job and everyone I dealt with was both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend todays Collision in Malden if you are ever unfortunate enough to be in an accident.

I was just overwhelmed with the courtesy, professionalism and expertise exhibited by everyone at Today’s Collision Repair in Malden, MA. From the moment I walked through the door until I picked up up my beautifully repaired car, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Everything I needed to know was explained to me carefully and thoroughly, and Matt took care of all the details for me; the rental car was arranged for and ready when I came to drop off my car, the paperwork was simple and carefully explained, and the insurance side of things was kept direct and clear, too. (As an aside, I want to commend my insurance company, Traveler’s , for their side of things. They,too, were responsive, clear and immediately helpful). I was stunned when I picked up my car and found it had been washed and “detailed”, inside and out,as a complimentary courtesy. Not only was the repair (to a damaged back bumper and passenger side back panel) perfect, they’d made my car look brand new again. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised, because their offices are immaculate, their personnel are professional in appearance and demeanor, and they’ve been in business for over 20 years, so obviously they’re doing something (or many things) right. This is a strange thing to say,I know, but it is almost worth it to have the unhappy circumstance (in my case, someone hitting my almost-new car while it was parked)in order to experience the outstanding service offered by Today’s Collision Repair in Malden. Thanks to Matt and everyone else at their shop, I’m driving around with a smile on my face again. If I am ever in need of these services in the future, I’ll know just where to go, and I recommend them without reservation! Five stars out of four!

My car was rear ended. The at fault party insurance company generated an estimate for the damage on my G35 coupe. After reviewing auto body shops in Malden, MA, selected Today’s Collision (close to home & good reviews). I stopped at the shop on a Friday with estimate in hand to get an initial read on the shop. The facility in Malden is easy to find, clean and very inviting. Customer service was very good: greeting right after getting into facility and promptly attended to. Facility was unable to take my car right away, but a drop off date was coordinated. Dropped car at 8:30AM on Monday. Rental car agent met me at shop and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Insurance company called to indicate rental was extended to Friday to accommodate parts delivery delay. Single issue with service: left a voice mail on Thursday to confirm car would be ready for pick up on Friday. I expected a call from shop rather than having to take initiative. Call was returned within an hour with confirmation car would be ready by 4:30PM Friday. Got to the site at 4:00PM and the car was ready. Great job and shop worked directly with insurance to address issues with parts availability to be able to complete work on time. Body shop coordinated with rental agency for rental pick up. Paid for residual established in estimate, no surprise charges. Very satisfied with service and professionalism. Highly recommended Today’s Collision Center.

During July of this year, I brought my 2011 BMW x6 into Today’s Collision Repair Center following an accident for which I was not at fault. To be frank, I was pretty disappointed that my new BMW had been damaged, and it pained me tremendously to think that the vehicle would never be the same. However, to my delight, Today’s Collision Repair Center came through for me returning my vehicle in tip top condition. In fact, when I picked up the x6, not only had it been repaired to perfection, but it had also been fully detailed both inside and out. Needless to say, I was ecstatic, as the vehicle looked as good on that day as it had when I first took delivery from the dealership some 10 months previous. I cannot recommend Today’s Collision Repair Center more highly. I drove quite a distance past numerous other body shops to have the repair performed by Today’s Collision Repair Center, and boy was it worth the trip.

I just wanted to right a review because it has been so long since I had such a positive experience with a car repair shop.
