I received a new back hatch door and bumper. The work looks amazing! My car was spotless as well. Everyone that i dealt with was so nice and helpful, especially Bobby and Holly. I am extremely pleased with my service.

They did such a great job here. Literally felt like I was getting back a brand new car. They had replace the bumper and the tail light and other car stuff. It looks like it was never hit. Great service- finish my car in less than two weeks. They were efficient and the results were great! I’m so happy with this place.

I had a minor accident, but there was a good amount of damage. I called today’s and they were extremely helpful. Everybody was great and they fixed my car very quickly. You can’t even tell I had an accident. The wheels on my car were scratched from a previous run in with a curb and they even buffed out the scratches. The inside of my car was also cleaned and vacuumed. I highly recommend going here for all your auto body needs!

I have been working with Frank at Today’s for many years and I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else for body/paint work. I know that the work will be done right and to my satisfaction without question. I am very picky with attention to detail and I have never been disappointed with Frank and the folks at Today’s. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

From both quality and service, Today’s Collision has been outstanding. I’ve had 2 incidents this year and relied on Today’s Collision for the repairs on both incidents. They’ve performed both repairs flawlessly, with all OEM parts in an extremely quick amount of time. They also go above and beyond to coordinate with the insurance company and rental car company while my truck was being repaired. On top of the repairs, their detailing service(optional but well worth) is second to none. With their knowledge of paint, they know how to care, clean and protect. Inside the cab of the truck was also showroom condition. Job Well Done!

I had visited the Malden shop a few times in the past, so I was excited when a Stoneham location opened up. I had to bring in my car today because one of the windows wasn’t working. I got a call back less than an hour after I dropped the car off, letting me know that I was all set and could pick it up at my convenience. It’s one of the best car repair experiences I’ve ever had – I’d recommend the shop to anyone.

To Our Valued Today's Collision Customers:

We are currently experiencing a higher than normal demand for collision repair services.  We are currently booking repairs for six weeks out from the date of initial estimates.  We value your business, and hope that we can find a way for our schedule to sync with yours.

A few of the factors contributing to this extended scheduling cycle are:

    • • Delay in Insurance Company Response Times (Due to increased demand)
    • • Supply Chain Issues Obtaining Parts
    • • Supply Chain Issues For Vehicles (Higher Demand for Repairs vs. New Vehicle Purchases)

Our Customer Service Teams are working diligently to optimize the scheduling at all four of our locations.  Here are a few things to keep in mind when talking with your Today's Collision Representative:

    • • Please let us know if you have an emergency need for your vehicle to be repaired quickly.
    • • Discuss your need for a rental vehicle with us prior to booking, to ensure dates match.
    • • Parts can be pre-ordered prior to your scheduled repair date to minimize the time your vehicle is in the shop for repairs.
    • • Are you going away on vacation? If you won't need your vehicle while on vacation, we can work with you to try to schedule your repairs while you are away.
