Experienced Automotive Glass Technician

Malden, MA      Full-time     7:30 am – 5:00pm

Today’s Collision, with four state-of-the-art locations in Malden, MA, Danvers, MA, Chelsea, MA and Stoneham, MA, has served the Greater Boston area as a leading collision repair center for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on our reputation for high quality standards and exceptional customer service. Our facilities repair vehicles of all makes and models, with a specialization in high-end vehicles such as Tesla, Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian, Mini-Cooper, Acura and Honda.  We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team.

Job Title:  Automotive Glass Technician

Position Description:

We are seeking an automotive glass technician with experience working in the auto body shop environment.  This shop is a busy, fast-paced environment.  Punctuality, attention to detail and delivering exceptional quality repairs are keys to success in this position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Removing & Installing Auto Glass for Collision Repair
  • Continuously improving knowledge of modern technology requirements for the most advanced vehicles
  • Performing ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Calibrations
  • While this position is based in our Malden location, you may be required to travel to one of our three other locations in Danvers, Chelsea or Stoneham.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Candidate should have a High School Diploma
  • 5+ years Auto Glass Experience
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Strong time-management skills

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in high-end vehicles such as Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian, Land Rover and others.
  • Understanding ADAS Calibrations

Compensation:

Range: $24 – $27 / hour
