Term:
Today’s Collision’s CrashMob Party Sweepstakes begins 12:01am ET 9/10/12 and ends 12:00pm (NOON) ET on 9/19/12. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 21 years old or older.
Who may enter:
Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (including the District of Columbia), 21 years old or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Today’s Collision Repair Centers are not eligible. Family members and friends of employees are eligible. Today’s Collision will determine winners’ eligibility at its sole discretion. Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing their local laws in regard to contests and are subject to any local, state, national or international laws. Today’s Collision accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants release Facebook.com from any sweepstakes responsibilities, and acknowledge that this promotion is not administered or associated with Facebook.com. Entrants understand that the sweepstakes registration information is being collected by Today’s Collision Repair Centers, and not Facebook.com.

How to enter:
Complete the entry form on www.facebook/todayscollision. We do not accept more than one entry per person. Today’s Collision reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries.
To enter the sweepstakes without completing the entry form, send a 3×5 card with full name, address, phone number, and email address to Today’s Collision Repair Centers / 375 Washington Street / Malden, MA 02148, c/o SWEEPSTAKES. One entry per person. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries must be received by 12:00pm (NOON) ET on 9/19/12.
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By entering sweepstakes, entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts for resolution of all disputes.
Today’s Collision is not responsible or liable for multiple entries completed or entered by other than human means or entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, illegible, mutilated, forged, destroyed, incomplete, garbled, lost, misdirected, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, postage-due, or otherwise not in compliance with Official Rules (and such entries will be disqualified).
Entry deadline:
All entries must be received through the Today’s Collision facebook page or via mail by 12:00pm (NOON) ET on 9/19/12.
How to Win:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be chosen by random drawing among eligible entries. Winners will be informed via phone or email, and prizes will be released within 1 week of announcement. If potential winner cannot be reached after 4 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited.
Prize:
One prize will be awarded. The winner and one (1) guest will be added to the guest list to attend Today’s Collision’s Private Party on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Papagayo Restaurant, Boston, MA from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. No substitution will be allowed and prize may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration. Contestants winning a prize or combined prizes valued at over $600.00 or more in a calendar year will be subject to any and all federal, state and local taxes, as applicable.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy:
In the event that the CrashMob2012 Party is rescheduled, the winner and one (1) guest will be added to the guest list to attend Today’s Collision’s Private Party on the rescheduled date. In the event that the CrashMob2012 party is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, no prize will be awarded.
