Today’s Collision Raises $7,500 for Journey Forward

Through donations from our business partners, members of Today’s Collision, our families and friends, we were able to present a check in the amount of $7,500 to the local, non-profit organization, Journey Forward, dedicated to bettering the lives of those with spinal cord injuries.  On Saturday, October 27, 2012, The Today’s Collision Walking Team joined the 3rd annual “Making Steps Walk” for Journey Forward.

Each year, Dan Cummings, the founder of Journey Forward, increases his distance walked since his spinal cord injury in 2000. Danny was joined by other Journey Forward clients learning to walk again.   The Today’s Walking Team, joined by members of Enterprise Car Rental, walked alongside the clients offering encouragement and applauding their accomplishments.

The event hosted a car show, kid’s activities and refreshments.  Check out our photos from the day.
